Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance to lead global PV projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements in a remote US-based role. You will oversee staff and study performance, partner with sponsors, and guide safety reporting across therapeutic areas.

The ideal candidate has a science degree, 8+ years of global PV experience, at least 2 years in leadership, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field required.
• 8+ years of global pharmacovigilance experience.
• Minimum 2 years in people, project, or departmental leadership.
• Strong knowledge of PV regulations and safety reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global pharmacovigilance projects and teams with regulatory compliance and timelines.
• Provide strategic oversight of staff and project performance, addressing risks and escalations.
• Guide teams on complex safety reporting scenarios and sponsor requirements.
• Partner with leadership to enhance processes and technology in PV.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, and scope management.
