Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a fully remote 11-month contract-to-hire position. The role focuses on reviewing prior authorization criteria, evaluating associated information, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualified candidates will have PharmD or equivalent, at least 2 years of pharmacist experience, and an active license in their state of residence, with strong organizational and communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Job description

Job Duration: 11 Months (Contract-to-Hire Goal; Extension Possible)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM local time

Position Summary

The Pharmacist will review and complete prior authorization criteria in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role requires an active pharmacist license in the candidate’s state of residence, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.

This is a fully remote, safety-sensitive position. The goal is contract-to-hire, although permanent employment is not guaranteed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) setting or prior authorization.
• If prior authorization experience is available, at least 1 year of experience handling prior authorizations within a PBM setting is preferred.
• PBM experience should involve prior authorization activities, not Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
