Prism Biotech, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Primary Care to educate and promote our products to physicians and other healthcare providers. You will manage your territory and work with management to meet sales goals.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely using Zoom. You will build relationships with key decision makers, gain product knowledge, and ensure compliant, ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Consultative selling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Acquire and maintain industry certifications and vendor credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Inform physicians about details of pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time in front of customers to achieve results.
• Plan territory and allocate resources for key customers.
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
• Complete pharmaceutical sales training.
• Team with customers as a business partner and be proactive in seeking opportunities.
• Utilize sales tools and data to plan activity.
• Develop and execute plans to maximize selling resources.
• Pre-call plan to match HCP needs.
