The ideal candidate has 5+ years in formulation development with a PhD or Master’s in a related field, strong solubility, bioavailability, and stability know-how, and excellent remote collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, focusing on oral solid dosage forms.
• Strong understanding of solubility, bioavailability, and stability principles.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop novel formulations for oral solids (tablets, capsules) and other delivery systems.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies with APIs and excipients.
• Optimize formulations for solubility, bioavailability, stability, and manufacturability.
• Develop laboratory-scale processes (granulation, blending, compression, coating, encapsulation).
• Characterize formulations with dissolution, disintegration, content uniformity, stability studies.
