Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to support the US Marketing and Sales team from Charlotte, NC. You will implement marketing and sales strategies, manage a call plan, and engage target audiences through outbound calls and digital interactions.

The role emphasizes compliant selling, territory planning, and collaboration with regulatory and medical affairs. A Bachelor’s degree and pharma sales experience are required, with HIV product experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience OR 1+ years specialty experience.
• Experience with HIV products strongly preferred.
• Strong Account Management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in digital, tele or related multi-channel.
• Technical/professional proficiency including MS Office.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation and expert selling skills.
• Ability to prioritize and plan while following compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement compliant marketing and sales direction to achieve territory objectives.
• Develop daily/weekly call schedule to ensure coverage of targets.
• Execute outbound calls, emails and strategic virtual interactions with targets.
• Demonstrate territory planning with pre-/post-call analysis.
• Coordinate with regulatory/medical affairs and Call Center to resolve customer needs.
• Record information in CRM per business rules and training.
