Job summary

Xeris Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an experienced field sales professional to promote rare disease products across South New Jersey and surrounding territories.

You will educate physicians and medical staff on indications and proper usage while driving strong, ethical sales performance. The role demands proactive account management, high-touch relationship building, and the ability to execute company-approved marketing plans.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience promoting rare disease products strongly preferred.
• A valid US driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate specialty physicians on rare disease products to meet territory sales goals.
• Maintain high levels of call activity and field productivity.
• Achieve territory sales goals while complying with ethical and promotional regulations.
• Execute approved product marketing plans and territory business plans.
• Support customers using company resources, materials, and initiatives identified by Sales Leadership.
• Manage promotional materials and company equipment per compliance guidelines.
• Utilize territory and regional reports to optimize sales strategy and performance.
• Attend company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed.
