Johnson Controls, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Primavera P6 Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed schedules for pharma capital projects, ensuring GMP alignment and on-time delivery.

This remote role requires 5+ years in scheduling, strong CPM/Excel skills, and collaboration with project teams; it offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler / Planner with at least 3 years using Primavera P6.
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated capital projects experience strongly preferred.
• Experience across full project lifecycle (concept through handover/validation) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for multiple projects.
• Create and manage WBS, activity coding, calendars, and resource assignments.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and operations into a single schedule.
• Establish and maintain baseline schedules; track progress and changes.
• Perform critical path analyses and develop schedule reports.
• Support schedule readiness for monthly reports and reviews.
