Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in user-focused product content design.
• Experience designing complex, data-informed, or personalized experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating language, content strategy, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, Data Science to shape personalized experiences.
• Apply content design, information design, and user-centered thinking to refine product experiences.
• Leverage research, data and user insights to inform content decisions.
• Contribute to scalable content frameworks, patterns, and standards for clear, trustworthy experiences.
• Explain why people see content and how they can shape their experience.
