Responsibilities

• Handle lead volume primarily through inbound calls (no cold calling).
• Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows when handling topics.
• Meet QA requirements and other key performance metrics.
• Identify customer needs and clarify information for Call Center Agents.
• Transfer calls or schedule appointments as applicable.
• Build sustainable relationships in a professional and caring manner.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database.
• Meet personal, team and site call transfer targets.
