Job summary

Patra Corporation is seeking a self-starter Account Manager for a work-from-home role. You will manage a book of business, service client needs, renewals, and new business while coordinating with the India team. Strong Personal Lines knowledge and a valid Property & Casualty license are required.

Excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Expect a high level of organization, responsiveness within 48 hours, and adherence to Patra Select servicing standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of Personal Lines Retail Insurance Experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Wired Ethernet cable connection from home router to computer; No satellite

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and India team.
• Serve as the primary contact and liaison with clients; manage day-to-day servicing, renewals, and new business.
• Maintain book of business and ensure timely, accurate service according to Patra Select standards.
• Promote growth of existing book through account rounding and new business.
• Adhere to servicing standards and manage workflow with offshore team.
• Provide policy recommendations and clarifications to clients, and respond within 48 hours.
• Stay current on market conditions and product knowledge.
• Maintain paperless workflow and other duties as assigned.
