Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced contract attorney for a remote, U.S.-based role. The project is a 3-month engagement with an immediate start, working 8 hours a day Monday–Friday during Pacific Time hours.

Compensation is $60/hour, with potential extension or conversion based on workload and business needs. Responsibilities include supporting pre-litigation matters, handling pre-lawsuit claims, and reviewing personal injury evidence.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Oregon or Washington bar admission is a plus, but not required
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience will also be considered
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence
