Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced contract attorney to support its boutique plaintiff-side personal injury practice. The role is remote (U.S.-based) with an immediate start and a 3-month term, possible extension or conversion based on business needs.

Workdays are 8 hours, Monday–Friday, during standard Pacific Time hours, with pay at $60/hour. Responsibilities include pre-lawsuit support, pre-litigation claim handling, and evidence review.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience considered.
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters.
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters.
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution.
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence.
