Sargon Law Group is seeking a personal injury attorney to manage a caseload from intake to resolution. You will be the lead on files, handling client contact, liability and damages development, negotiations with carriers, and courtroom work when necessary. The role emphasizes clear communication and producing results.

We value trial readiness, strong file management, and the ability to supervise support staff while maintaining client updates and timely settlement paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury experience, plaintiff-side preferred.
• Active license to practice law in one of the applicable states (CO preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload from intake through demand, litigation, and resolution.
• Maintain client contact, develop liability and damages, negotiate with carriers, and handle courtroom work if necessary.
• Ensure clear communication, clean files, and measurable results.
• Draft and argue pleadings, discovery, disclosures, motions, and conduct depositions.
• Provide first-chair trial experience and supervise support staff to keep files current.
