Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC, seeks an experienced contract attorney for a boutique personal injury firm. This is a remote, U.S.-based role starting ASAP for 3 months, with potential to extend or convert to direct-hire. Hours are 8 per day, Monday–Friday, during Pacific Time business hours; pay is $60/hour.

The role focuses on pre-lawsuit matters, pre-litigation claims, and evaluating PI evidence. Active bar license and 5+ years PI experience required; Filevine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury firm.
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters.
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters.
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution.
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence.
