Hudson Injury Law, a growing New Mexico personal injury firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to lead a diverse caseload from intake to resolution in a mostly remote/hybrid setting. You will work closely with the founder on strategy and coordinate with our case management and paralegal team to move cases forward.

Requirements include a JD and active NM license (or eligibility), 1–2 years of litigation experience, and strong writing and oral advocacy.

Qualifications

• JD and active NM license or eligibility for prompt admission.
• 1–2 years of licensed attorney practice, preferably in litigation.
• Personal injury experience is a plus; strong litigators from other areas encouraged to apply.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills; organized and able to manage many deadlines.
• Willingness to use AI to work smarter and faster.

Responsabilités

• Lead a caseload from intake through resolution with founder guidance.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Take/defend depositions, attend mediations, and argue hearings.
• Counsel clients clearly about options, risks, and outcomes.
• Help build the firm by networking and bringing in cases if desired.
