Jobot seeks an Associate Attorney with 4–12 years of personal injury experience for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate will manage a diverse docket, collaborate with senior attorneys, and coordinate with paralegals to handle motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience handling single event/personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation skills with proven ability to manage complex dockets.
• Some trial experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of around 40 personal injury cases.
• Work directly with an experienced attorney with support from a Paralegal and Legal Assistant.
• Handle all aspects of litigation: motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial prep.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality client service and results.
