Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in single-event litigation to join our team. This fully remote role offers strong compensation, structured career development, and an autonomous work-life balance.

You will manage a docket of approximately 40 diverse personal injury cases, collaborate with an experienced attorney, and work with a paralegal and legal assistant to handle all stages from motions through trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience handling single event, personal injury cases.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of approximately 40 diverse and complex personal injury cases.
• Work directly with another experienced attorney while receiving dedicated support from a Paralegal and Legal Assistant.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality client service and results.
