Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in personal financial advisory or private wealth management.
• Experience advising individual clients and building trust with high-net-worth or mass affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, investments, retirement (401k, IRA), and debt management.
• Understanding of tax-aware strategies and regulatory frameworks for personal finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment and decision-making in high-impact client scenarios.
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial guidance across budgeting, investments, retirement, and debt.
• Review client scenarios to inform AI-assisted financial planning tool development.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI outputs for advisors and clients.
• Communicate complex financial concepts in a client-centric, understandable way.
