Qualifications

• Empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk is highly desirable.
• Background checks (CORI) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls/alarms and identify the required help.
• Coordinate triage with responders to deliver timely assistance.
• Maintain professional and caring customer interactions.
• Update Subscriber data accurately in the data system.
• Perform off-phone tasks as required.
• Troubleshoot maintenance Alarms and home communicator issues.
• Meet standards for after-call work, handle time, and case quality.
• Complete required training within expected timeframes.
