AI Trainer Jobs is seeking contractors for a remote Personal Assistant operations review role. You will evaluate AI outputs against personal assistant workflows and firm policies, grade tone and escalation logic, and flag gaps with severity tags.

You will document the next steps to train the model and adjudicate disputes using published playbooks. Applicants should bring direct experience in personal assistant operations on real teams, strong attention to detail, and the ability to apply

Competenze

• Direct working experience in personal assistant operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow applied.
• Strong attention to detail and flag when a prompt is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
