The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or ABA‑approved paralegal certificate and 2+ years of business immigration paralegal experience, plus strong proofreading, editing, and research skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program.
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice.
  • Experience researching law, investigating facts, and preparing documents to assist attorneys with immigration matters.
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills. Successful candidates must be able to translate facts into understandable, persuasive content for review by officers adjudicating immigration matters.

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondence and memoranda relevant to the Firm’s immigration practice, collaborating with immigration attorneys and paralegals.
  • Adhere to government deadlines in preparing documents and filings.
  • Support attorneys with immigration matters through research and documentation preparation.
