Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a dynamic Perioperative and/or Procedural Nursing SME (Cath Lab, EP Lab, Endo) to develop strategies solving complex operational problems in perioperative and procedural settings. Travel 50-75% is required, and the role offers a generous compensation range with potential annual bonus.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or MSN and an RN license, with proven leadership in perioperative programs across large health systems and familiarity with Epic or Cerner EHR

Qualifications

Educational requirement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license (RN).
Experience leading perioperative/procedural programs in large health systems.
Consulting experience focused on OR/Procedural operations improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and lead execution of OR and procedure room process improvement.
Conceive data analysis methods, coach colleagues, draw insights, create strategic narratives for senior management.
Support client Preference Card Optimization and associated initiatives.
Prioritize client relationships to guide hospitals toward effective outcomes.
