Qualifications

• Must meet eligibility as a peer supporter based on lived perinatal behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Peer CareConnect services to program participants and support groups (bi-weekly).
• Coordinate referral pathways and maintain provider directories for Central Ohio.
• Maintain thorough program documentation and quarterly database audits.
• Engage in outreach and community engagement to raise visibility of POEM’s services.
