Job summary

Era Psychotherapy is seeking a full-time licensed perinatal mental health therapist to join our clinical team in Massachusetts. This fully remote role focuses on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and related life challenges, with administrative tasks handled by the practice.

The clinician will manage telehealth sessions, maintain autonomy over scheduling, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active LICSW or LMHC license in Massachusetts.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy; perinatal focus is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to women in the perinatal period.
• Maintain a consistent weekly telehealth caseload.
• Develop diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
• Complete intake assessments and progress notes; document timely.
