Job summary

Momwell Inc. is a leading virtual platform delivering maternal mental health care, offering one-on-one therapy sessions, education resources, and a supportive community.

We seek compassionate therapists to join a dynamic, fully remote team and grow with a startup focused on perinatal mental health and women's health. The successful candidate will conduct clinical evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care via teletherapy.

Qualifications

• Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC etc.) in Pennsylvania and another state where Momwell operates (AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, OH, NC, NY, TN, VA, WA, WI)
• Minimum of five years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment.
• Experience working in women’s health or perinatal mental health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on a client-centered care model.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
• Willingness to obtain the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) via Postpartum Support International.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of clients, including reviewing medical histories and formulating diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based, client-centered clinical care to individuals that aligns with the Momwell care model.
• Utilize client-reported data in session with patients to inform treatment plans.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clients’ progress or changing clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including in our electronic health record system, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
