Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to design and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies ensuring system stability and scalability.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance under varying load conditions, while contributing to CI/CD integration and automated regression suites. This role is fully remote with USD compensation.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, Software Testing, or QA.
Experience designing and executing performance, load, and stress tests.
Proficiency with JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust.
Experience in capacity planning and building performance regression suites.
Strong background in analyzing system bottlenecks and optimizing performance.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated performance tests (load, stress, endurance).
Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest optimizations.
Build and maintain performance regression suites.
Conduct capacity planning for anticipated growth.
Develop performance scripts with Locust and integrate into CI/CD.
