Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking an Associate Manager, Performance Media to lead day-to-day planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media across Kate Farms, Nutricia, and other brands. You will collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to launch campaigns on time, manage spend, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

The role requires hands-on media buying experience, strong analytics, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on paid media planning and buying experience.
• Experience across retail media, paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV.
• Experience managing campaigns toward ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals.
• Experience in regulated categories such as healthcare/CPG preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing mix modeling or incrementality testing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute media across consumer, HCP, and retail channels.
• Partner with agency and media partners to launch campaigns on time.
• Monitor pacing and performance; optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and placements.
• Manage campaign setup, QA, and creative asset delivery.
• Track spend and reconcile against budgets; maintain master budget tracker.
• Contribute to processes, templates, and SOPs for paid media.
