Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking an Associate Manager, Performance Media to lead day-to-day paid media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across Kate Farms and Nutricia brands. You will collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to launch campaigns, manage spend, and derive insights from performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on paid media planning and buying experience.
• Experience across retail media, paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV.
• Experience managing campaigns toward ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals.
• Experience in a regulated category (CPG, healthcare, or medical nutrition) preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing mix modeling or incrementality testing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and support annual and quarterly media plans across consumer, HCP, and retail channels.
• Coordinate with agency and partners on objectives, audiences, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee campaign setup, QA, and live delivery across platforms.
• Maintain creative assets, specs, and versioning with brand teams.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and measurement work.
