Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, join sales calls, and shape client roadmaps for measurable outcomes.

Hybrid role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on optimization, you will oversee campaigns, QA processes, and reporting while aligning with distributed teams across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• This role requires 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently is essential.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools is required.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations to clients and account executives.
• Track record of managing execution teams and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls with account executives to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for every client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
