Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division to lead a multi-channel Performance Marketing program across PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization for a diverse client base. You will own strategy, performance, and client-facing leadership, setting roadmaps and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable outcomes.

You join sales calls, coordinate internal and external specialists, and present monthly performance summaries to clients.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations to clients and account executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build growth roadmaps and align on client KPIs.
• Own client performance across paid and organic channels.
• Audit campaigns, bidding structures, and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO and link-building activities.
• Track KPIs and ensure attribution accuracy.
• Coordinate priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
