Job summary

Hirewell is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead client-facing creative strategy. You will analyze performance data, surface insights, and craft compelling briefs for clients while coordinating with an overseas creative team.

This role manages 8-12 clients in a fast-paced, remote environment, requiring a strong portfolio in paid social creativity and a proven ability to translate data into creative direction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in paid social creative strategy, within direct response or performance marketing.
• Strong background in graphic design and asset production, able to design and produce polished ad creatives.
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok ad best practices, including native formats and rapid iteration.
• Proven ability to identify high-performing hooks and storytelling structures, and use performance data to guide strategy.
• Candidates must be located in the U.S. and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A performance marketing portfolio featuring ad examples and performance data is required.
• Strong blend of analytics and creative concepting.
• Paid media experience: familiarity with CTR, CPM, conversion metrics
• Agency background strongly preferred.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools.
