Job summary

Mars Men is a fast-growing DTC brand in the US health space, seeking a Performance Ad Video Editor to craft high-performing direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll transform UGC, testimonials, and product footage into compelling content, with multiple hooks and formats to fuel ongoing creative testing.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Strategy, Growth, and Paid Media teams, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and help drive scale across channels while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, focused on paid social or direct-response.
• Portfolio with high-performing short-form ads including UGC.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and CapCut.
• Strong paid social creative principles including hooks, pacing, messaging, and CTAs.
• Experience using performance data to iterate edits and improve campaigns.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit performance-driven video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid media.
• Transform UGC, testimonials, product footage, voiceovers into direct-response creative.
• Develop multiple hooks and formats to support ongoing creative testing.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to apply performance learnings and improve work.
• Use pacing, sound design, captions, motion graphics to boost engagement and conversion.
• Manage multiple projects and revisions while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Organize assets to support scalable production workflow.
