Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. You will own the technical implementation of business requirements and work closely with functional consultants to ensure quality and maintainability.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on PeopleTools development, Application Engine, Component Interfaces,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications (HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).
Own the technical implementation of business requirements and partner with functional consultants.
Ensure all custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
Combine deep hands-on PeopleTools development with a focus on upgrades and clean-customization principles.
