Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Solutions Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will design, develop, and support customizations and integrations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions, owning the technical implementation of business requirements while aligning with enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PeopleSoft development, deep PeopleTools and PeopleCode experience, and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Five+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred: PeopleSoft certifications.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
Exposure to Fluid UI development.
Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support customizations for enterprise PeopleSoft applications.
Implement integrations and enhancements with PeopleSoft architecture in mind.
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability for all developments.
