Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Application Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. You will own the technical implementation of business requirements and work closely with functional consultants to ensure quality and maintainability.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on PeopleTools development, Application Engine, Component Interfaces,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
Experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of the PeopleSoft data model.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
Familiarity with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support customizations for enterprise PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
Own the technical implementation of business requirements and ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with functional consultants to align with enterprise standards.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and clean customization principles.
