Job summary

Marsh is seeking a strong Pension Administration leader to join the Mercer team in a remote capacity. You will guide client services, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure accuracy in pension calculations and plan administration.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in defined benefit administration, solid Excel/Word skills, and a proven leadership background. The role requires CST schedule alignment and a strong customer focus with AI-enabled tools usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years' experience in defined benefit administration.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; MS Access & MS Project highly preferred.
• Pension-related calculations experience required.
• Ability to implement business processes for projects.
• Schedule required: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and urgency to meet client and participant expectations with extensive client contact.
• Serve as SME on client plans and administrative procedures; act as the go-to resource for day-to-day issues.
• Thrive in an environment embracing AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Ensure the team delivers quality service with accuracy and timeliness; train and update the team on client plans and benefit regulations.
• Manage client business processes and may support more than one client team based on scope.
