Job summary

Under supervision, you will conduct in-reach, engage members, and coordinate with guardians. You will document outcomes and ensure HIPAA compliance, with emphasis on recovery principles and community supports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years MH/SU experience.
• NC Certified Peer Support Specialist certification is required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Special Assistance benefits is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Must make minimum in-reach visits to meet weekly requirements.
• Document activities and outcomes of in-reach efforts.
• Coordinate meetings with members/guardians to discuss housing options.
• Explain benefits and housing options including tenancy rights and supports.
