Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Therapy Recruiter to design and drive recruitment strategies for OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, and related education/therapy roles on a fully remote basis in the United States.

The role emphasizes strong candidate engagement, sourcing, and collaboration with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. You will act as a brand ambassador, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and managing offers while supporting a positive candidate experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or human resources experience
• Direct experience recruiting within education, therapy (OT, PT, SLP, mental/behavior health), or a related field
• Demonstrated experience recruiting specialized and/or hard-to-fill professional positions
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent candidate assessment, interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service focused
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex recruiting needs
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment; EST business hours
• Position is open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies for pediatric therapy and behavioral health roles
• Leading recruitment efforts for OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, and other education and therapy professionals
• Acting as a Kelly brand ambassador through relationships with candidates, clients, and community organizations
• Handling recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, engagement, and offers
• Developing proactive sourcing strategies to build qualified pipelines for specialized positions
• Partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide insights
• Monitoring recruiting activity and adjusting strategies to meet fulfillment goals
• Building relationships with professional organizations, educational institutions, and community partners
• Attending and/or leading job fairs and recruiting events
• Sharing recruiting knowledge and market insights with team members
• Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding
