Clarity Pediatrics is seeking full-time, licensed Child and Family Therapists to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide ADHD and anxiety assessments and lead parenting groups such as BPT and SPACE.

We support peer consultation and professional development, with stipends and ADHD/anxiety expert guidance. With a full-time schedule (40 hr/week) within our hours (weekdays 8 am–8 pm and Saturdays, PT), you’ll work in a private, secure home office and help shape our care model for

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with a master’s degree and passion for pediatric care.
• Licensed in California and open to adding licenses in other states.
• Experience in integrated care and evidence-based approaches for ADHD and anxiety.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner, excited about virtual care.
• Collaborative mindset with interest in care-model design and team initiatives.
• Remote work capability with a private, secure location and reliable internet; availability 2+ hours during peak times.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate.
• Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and ASD.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and research initiatives.
