Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a full-time licensed Psychologist to join our remote multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide ADHD and anxiety assessments, and lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT) and SPACE.

We support clinicians with peer consultation, ADHD/anxiety experts, and stipends for professional development. Work remotely with flexible scheduling within our hours and time zones where you provide care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) with CA licensure and eligibility to obtain licenses in other states.
• Experience in pediatric integrated care settings and evidence-based approaches for ADHD and anxiety.
• Comfort with virtual care platforms and collaborative care models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate.
• Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions such as ASD.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and research initiatives based on interests and organizational needs.
