Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality psychiatric care to pediatric patients. The role works within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with families, primary care physicians, and outpatient prescribers to meet patient needs while maintaining a warm, professional environment aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• New Jersey MD licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
• Openness to acquiring medical licenses beyond NJ as we expand care to additional states.
• Expertise in medication management for youth with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.
• Ability to document thoroughly and timely.
• Comfort with working on a care team and seeking support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, medication treatment plan, and ongoing management for children and teens.
• Collaborate with care team and outpatient pediatricians/psychiatrists as needed.
• Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education.
• Schedule patients and complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Contribute ideas for workflow improvements and program growth.
