InStride Health is recruiting remote Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists licensed in MA to join our provider talent network. This fully remote role delivers outpatient psychiatric care to kids and teens as part of a coordinated care team.

Qualifications

• MD licensure appropriate to clinical discipline and openness to acquiring medical licenses as we expand care to additional states.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills as part of patient care.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, medication treatment plan, and ongoing medication management services to children and teens.
• Collaborate with care team and outpatient pediatrician (and psychiatrist if applicable).
• Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education.
• Schedule patients and complete timely and thorough documentation.
• Provide feedback on workflow improvements and program growth ideas.
