Fox Health seeks experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists to serve children in their natural environments—homes, daycares, schools, or clinics—via telehealth or in person. You will manage full caseloads, develop treatment plans, and document progress to support positive outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality care while adhering to licensure and payer requirements; onboarding is supportive and thorough.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pediatric occupational therapy in community settings.
• Ability to manage evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Strong communication with families and care teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality pediatric OT using best practices.
• Manage a full caseload including evaluations and progress notes.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Complete timely documentation per standards.
• Communicate with families to support carryover.
• Ensure licensure, payer, and company standards are met.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes.
