Expressable is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide remote pediatric OT services nationwide. Positions offer flexible full-time schedules, with a dedicated caseload and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation ranges based on hours and scheduling earnings, with annualized base pay in the six-figure range depending on demand hours. Candidates must hold an active OT license and NPI, be comfortable with teletherapy, and have at least two years of pediatric experience.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state with active OT licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate pediatric experience.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans for outcomes.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communications.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
