Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified in Pediatrics (or Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialty).
• 5+ years as a hospitalist with inpatient pediatrics.
• Experience with inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and FHIR data for AI training.
• Verify information matches medical records and dosing/age details.
• Review inpatient pediatric documentation (HPI, PMH, birth history, immunizations, assessments, plans).
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and provide feedback to improve AI data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly with the project team.
