RemoteJobsOne is seeking Pediatric Hospitalist Physicians to work remotely on inpatient documentation quality for an AI training project. You will review records, verify that clinical information and claims align with the medical record, and help shape model learning through high-quality input.

Applicants should have 5+ years in pediatric hospital medicine, board certification in Pediatrics, and familiarity with hospital workflows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board certified in Pediatrics (or Pediatrics with a Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialty certification).
• 5+ years of hospitalist experience.
• Current or recent inpatient pediatric hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years).
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation workflows and hospital processes.
• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement or medical coding is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
• Review inpatient pediatric documentation, including HPI, PMH, birth and developmental history, immunization status, assessments, and plans.
• Follow clear guidelines and apply the same standards consistently.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records, including weight-based dosing and age-appropriate clinical details.
• Share feedback to help improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings.
