Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Pediatric Hospitalists to review inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for an AI training project, ensuring clinical accuracy, documentation quality, and consistency. This is a remote, contractor role with weekly submission expectations.

Qualifications include MD/DO with board certification in Pediatrics, 5+ years of hospitalist experience, and recent inpatient pediatric practice.

• Identify missing or inaccurate information, including weight-based dosing and age-specific clinical details.
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly with the project team.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics.
• Current or recent inpatient pediatric hospitalist experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient workflows, including admissions, progress notes, care transitions, and discharge.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines consistently.

Preferred: Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialty certification and experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding/QA, or diverse pediatric inpatient care.

Compensation Structure

Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
