Talbot Child Psychology, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an independent contractor role based in Easton, MD with a remote workspace via synchronous videotherapy.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Maryland licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP, with experience in pediatric feeding disorders (PFD) and ARFID. Collaboration with psychologists and families is essential to expand children's diets and reduce mealtime stress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Maryland license and ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• Experience and interest in pediatric feeding, PFD, and ARFID.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment for pediatric feeding disorders and ARFID in toddlers through teens.
• Develop and implement individualized, family-centered feeding therapy plans.
• Collaborate closely with psychologists and other team members to integrate feeding and mental health treatment.
• Coach and educate caregivers on mealtime structures, exposure hierarchies, and home carryover strategies.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and participate in team case discussions.
