Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Assessor to conduct pediatric assessments by telephone for the NH CAT program. This fully remote role emphasizes trauma-informed care, strong clinical judgment, and precise documentation while independently managing assessments and referrals. You will work within a flexible Eastern Time schedule, typically 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

or 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET, with occasional after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensure as LICSW/LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of direct work with children and families
• Strong documentation and HIPAA-compliant reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must obtain NH licensure and program approvals

Responsibilities

• Complete pediatric assessments by standard tools per contract requirements.
• Conduct telephonic/in-person assessments to determine needs and level of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of outcomes in accordance with confidentiality policies.
