Job summary

Maximus invites applications for a Licensed Clinical Assessor. This fully remote role supports the New Hampshire Assessment for Treatment (NH CAT) program. You will conduct pediatric clinical assessments by telephone, applying a trauma-informed approach and ensuring accurate documentation while independently managing assessments, appointments, and referrals. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

or 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Occasional hours outside standard times may be required.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) or comparable independently practicing clinician.
• New Hampshire licensure and credentialing requirements must be satisfied.
• Minimum 2 years of direct work with children, adolescents, youth or families.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and/or behavioral health assessments using standardized tools per contract.
• Conduct assessments via on-site, video, or telephonic modalities to determine needs and level of care.
• Document assessment outcomes accurately, complying with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
